This role focuses on utilising our digital, technology, and business consultancy capabilities to meet client needs in areas such as Central Government or Healthcare. You'll leverage various frameworks Jumar is on, along with market-leading pre-sales, bids, marketing, and delivery functions. We are seeking passionate individuals who excel in collaboration and innovation, demonstrating bravery and integrity.
Job Purpose:
  • Sell all service lines to support clients from discrete engagements to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and execute specific campaigns to drive new relationships and opportunities.
  • Build ongoing business relationships with clients to identify, nurture, and close opportunities.
Targets:
  • Gross Profit, Revenue, Margin %
  • Net Promoter Score
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Individual Client Relationship pipeline growth %
  • New opportunities registered #
  • Opportunities closed %
  • CRM usage and process compliance
Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate, qualify, and progress opportunities within new and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Heads of Practice, Pre-Sales, and Marketing.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in Jumar's service and product portfolio.
  • Maintain detailed sales and account plans, progressing opportunities pragmatically.
  • Establish and maintain relationships at various levels within client organizations.
  • Contribute to bid strategies and pre-qualification processes.
  • Maintain a pipeline aligned with industry vertical.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
  • Obtain client and partner publicity.
  • Create and deliver complex presentations effectively.
  • Network and manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Grow and develop a portfolio of accounts.
  • Follow structured sales process from conversation to contract setup.
  • Conduct business development onsite or at Jumar locations.
  • Ensure quality deliverables and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Maintain security of physical environments and information systems.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in selling professional services, preferably in application development, cloud services, IT consultancy, or technology managed services.
  • Demonstrable relationships and experience selling into the public sector, especially central government or Healthcare.
  • Understanding of budget cycles, procurement processes, and decision-making in the public sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to solution effectively.
  • Track record of successful B2B sales.
  • Proficient in presenting complex solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • High motivation and commitment to client success.
