Title: Business Development Manager – London
Package: £45-50,000 + Car + Mileage + Bonuses!
Overview: I am partnered with a renowned skincare business that is on the lookout for an experienced BDM to join their established team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the salon market and achieve sales targets.
Identify and prioritise key medispa accounts and establish strong, long-term partnerships with salon owners, managers, and decision-makers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities within the skincare industry and salon channel.
Provide training and support to salon staff on product knowledge, usage, and selling techniques to drive sales and maximise customer satisfaction.
Analyse sales data and performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to optimise sales performance.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in skincare and salon services to inform business strategies and product development efforts.
Identify opportunities for growth with existing accounts in your region.
You are:
Self-motivated and autonomous with strong planning skills to maximise your time in the field to achieve your KPI’s
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the skincare, beauty, or salon industry.
Strong understanding of the aesthetics market dynamics, including distribution channels, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with salon partners.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans, identify opportunities, and drive results.
Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
A natural relationship builder.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
You posses a strong network of medical contacts within clinics.
