What You’ll Do:
Nexxen is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow Nexxen CTRL, our self-serve PMP platform for publishers. Business Development Manager will be working closely with the Strategic Accounts & Publisher Development teams to onboard publishers to the CTRL platform. CTRL provides publishers with the tools needed to execute their programmatic sales strategy. You'll be working cross-functionally with various teams to help drive the adoption and usage of the CTRL platform. This role is crucial to the success of this fast-growing piece of our business. This role will be based out of London. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office two days a week and remotely for the rest.
Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:
Responsible for pitching, providing demos, onboarding and activation for self-service PMP customers
Identify key publishers (existing and new) that would be a fit for the PMP platform in tandem with other publisher-facing teams
Identify and establish processes for cross-selling with publishers’ direct sales teams and internal sales teams to unlock incremental revenue for self-serve publishers
Optimize and troubleshoot publisher PMPs as they are launched
Work closely with product marketing and brand marketing on packaging supply for curated PMPs and publisher-direct deals
Coordinate with Publisher Development and Strategic Account teams to highlight PMP spending and growth opportunities for our strategic publishers
Work closely with product to identify and push enhancements to the UI and tools for publishers
Be an expert in the digital media landscape, understanding the current and future challenges publishers face and creating innovative solutions to help solve them
Communicate industry expertise and advise clients on new opportunities and how to generate revenue results, on both the agency and publisher side.
What Will I Bring?
2 + years experience in digital sales or business development on the publisher and/or agency side or at an Ad Tech Company
Extensive knowledge of programmatic, publishers, and ad tech space
Strong knowledge of CTV and In-Mobile Applications
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new products and technology
Excellent communication skills
Confident in escalating business critical issues internally/externally, able to effectively liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Energetic with a high level of initiative and motivation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Go-getter attitude, excited about new products and willing to work closely with product teams to identify new solutions for publishers

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in London is £55,000 - £60,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
