Job Description
Job title- Business Development Manager
Job type- Perm
Location- London (hybrid), 1-2 days in the office per week ideally
Salary- max £125k base, + commission & bonus
We are recruiting on behalf of our global client, for a Business Development Manager to join their growing Sales team covering Retail Global Markets. This role will be mostly focussed on growing out existing clients to generate new business.
Our client is open to reviewing applicants who are new to Sales, as well as those already in BDM roles, however we would be looking for around 15+ years working up to roles such as Client Partnership Manager, Engagement Manager, Business Relationship Manager etc.
Our client are particularly interested in candidates with proven business process management experience via any tool and those who are able to utilise soft selling skills to build on existing relationships.

Generate leads
Customer profiling
Identify and secure meetings with the right contacts
Research and provide analysis to attain an understanding of needs
Develop organization charts/ structures for all key accounts
Provide intelligence on competition
