Business Development Manager - Engineering Services
�50,000 per annum basic salary + �20,0000 bonus + Private Medical Insurance + Life Assurance + Excellent Benefits
Monday - Friday, 37 hour week
Letchworth, hybrid working

My client is looking to enter an exciting period of growth through business development, which is why they are hiring for a sales professional to focus on the securing of new customers. My client is a multi-award winning engineering company, that services an impressive range of customers across the Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear and Automotive sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers that could benefit from their services, whilst nurturing existing relationships and maximising sales through their customer portfolio.

The Candidate:
*Experienced sales professional with a background in business development
*Experience selling within an engineering or manufacturing environment
*Lives a commutable distance from Letchworth (must be in the office twice a week)

The Role:
*Increase customer engagement
*Promote and raise awareness of products and services
*Identify new business opportunities and develop these into prosperous relationships
*Understand your customers, their marketplace and the challenges they face - Present them with solutions tailored to their needs
