Overview:
Nationwide Platforms is seeking a Business Development Manager for Construction & Infrastructure Projects in the South West area. The role involves managing, developing, and growing a portfolio of Major Construction & Infrastructure Projects to deliver profitable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of Major Projects to achieve long-term market share growth.
Deliver revenue and share of wallet targets for each project.
Identify significant projects through Market Intelligence.
Create a pipeline of opportunities and agree on delivery strategy.
Collaborate with customers on detailed Project Mobilisation Plans.
Implement effective account management techniques.
Create strategic partnerships with Safety & Sustainability driven clients.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of associated sectors and individual customers.
Provide insight on future product and service requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience at the Strategic Account level.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Results-driven, ambitious, and IT literate.
