Location: West Chester, Mass.As the Business Development Lead you will report to the Head of Business Development and Commercial Strategy. Incumbent will have commercial and relationship responsibilities for their immunoassay platform and be responsible for managing commercial and relationship aspects for company's clients, partners, and distributors. Company is in the process of commercializing an initial menu of assays.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Early Access Customers. Lead the strategy for platform adoption pre- and post-product launch. Manage key accounts, drive negotiations, and oversee long-term planning. Coordinate with distribution partners and streamline operational processes. Collaborate with Application Development for customer strategies and marketing assets. Represent company at conferences, generate assets, and lead thought leadership initiatives. Develop business cases, measure customer engagements, and report progress regularly. RequirementsBS in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field; MS/PhD/MBA preferred. 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or relevant research. Strong experience in neurodegenerative biomarkers, clinical research, and bioanalytical techniques. Up to 25% travel, 75% in office at corporate headquarters.
