Major Recruitment are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team at their distribution site in the Dinnington area of Sheffield.

Our clients distribution site include some of the UK's best loved names in the UK's food market and we're proud to be working with these award-winning industry leaders who's brands take pride of place on supermarket shelves and in kitchen cupboards across the globe.

The Business Development Executive will be a key team player within the sales team, in this fast-paced environment you will support the management of our clients' brands rands. You will be responsible for the delivery and management of the one-year marketing plan along with associated budgets to achieve brand growth targets, across multiple channels and all areas of the sales mix. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This role will be varied and offer opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive:

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for targeting new clients.
Track and report on business development activities and outcomes using a CRM system (Vecta)
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
