Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding their client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional visits to the Worcester office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise lead generation via marketing, networking and events.�

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.


• Flexibility to travel occasionally to Worcester for meetings and team collaboration.
