Having established a strong reputation for quality products, and with impressive growth plans, our vision is to become one of the world’s leading smart building-sensor providers.Job purposeTo identify and generate new business, manage sales activities and act as the liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams.Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers (outbound) as well as proactively responding to sales enquiries (inbound).Specific dutiesGenerate new leads that match our ideal buyer profiles to build credibility, gather business information and identify opportunitiesManage sales opportunities and individual pipeline from initial qualification through to closeMonitor website visitors, identify potential prospects within the business and connect to generate opportunitiesArrange and conduct qualification calls with sales enquiries to qualify opportunities, excite them about Pressac and convert them to the next stepMeet with clients face to face or onlineAttend relevant conferences and events to increase network of contacts and market awareness of PressacWork with marketing to nurture existing ideal leads, ensure of staying top-of-mind, excite, and encourage them to purchase from PressacEnsure all contact and deal information, communications, actions and forecasts are recorded and kept up to date in the CRM systemReport lead quality, drop out and customer feedback to help planning changes to maximise results and achieve the best return on investmentConduct market research and gather customer insights to help shape Pressac’s market-led approachSupport the team with administration and co-ordination as neededBuild long-term trusting relationships with clientsStay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plansFeed back to business options for improvement in product/ deliveryQualifications and knowledgeExperience in a high-value B2B sales roleExperience of consultative sellingUnderstanding of the Smart Building environmentExperience of IoT sellingGood standard of general educationIndustry regulation and compliance standardsHealth & safety awarenessSkills and experienceEnthusiasm and a desire to develop own skills and capabilitiesExcellent telephone manner and attitude to customer serviceGood written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted relationships with external and internal customers at all levelsHighly organised and proficient in using a CRM and ERP systemReliable, flexible and willing to work smart and learn new skillsEffective negotiation skills and persuasionStrong commercial awareness and aptitude with a can-do/ take-charge attitudeAble to work on own initiativeNext stepsIf you feel you could be a good match and would like to know more, please send the following information to ##### Your current CVA covering letter with your value propositionYour availability for interview and start datesMust be eligible to work in the UK (no Visa sponsorships/extensions).If your application is successful, we will contact you ASAP to advise you of the next stage of our recruitment process.Due to the high number of applications we receive, we’ll be unable to provide personalised feedback should you be unsuccessful in your application.No agencies, please.
