They are seeking a Business Development Executive to expand their customer base and generate revenue for the business through proactive, outbound lead generation. This role will identify new opportunities for revenue generation, create lead generation strategies and execute to achieve business targets.They are a slice of the ocean inland, where people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities can experience the joy of surfing. They are all about getting back to nature, improving health and well-being, connecting with other people, enjoying great food and drink, and having a load of fun in the process.If you are passionate about surfing and love connecting with people, this is the perfect role for you:A base salary of £30k with the potential to earn up to £70k through the commission structure.The opportunity to work in a diverse and equitable workplace that values happiness, community, and environmental care.Enjoy up to 75% off surf bookings and sometimes surf for free!The RoleAs Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:Delivering outbound lead generation activities to drive new business.Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organisations.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and packages for high-value opportunities.Utilising multiple channels to identify leads, including networking, online research, and industry partnerships.Working collaboratively with the wider Commercial Team to identify new revenue opportunities.Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts skillfully.The CandidateThe ideal candidate for the Business Development Executive role should have:A background working in delivering business development and lead generation through group marketing or sales. A background working in an event sales business is beneficial but not essential.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.The ability to deliver B2B sales and volume targets.The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.A background working with CRM applications.
