Join our team and become part of a passionate group of individuals who genuinely care about the experiences we create for our guests and colleagues.Business Development ExecutiveAre you looking for your next Sales role?We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join our proactive sales team at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor.As the Business Development Executive you will report to the Director of Sales and create and maintain professional relationships with new and existing corporate clients, promoting the properties Meeting and Corporate Event facilities at all times to exceed targets and ensure maximum commercial success.You will conduct appointments, either on-site, at client offices or industry events, to showcase the hotel facilities and generate enquiries for future business.Research and pro-actively convert new corporate opportunities, with a particular focus on conferences, day meetings and transient corporate accounts.Assist in the creation and implementation of a cohesive, ‘pro-active’ sales plan for the conference, events, corporate and local & UK marketsAssist the Director of Sales with key projects and campaignsThe successful candidate will have;• Proactive sales experience ideally from within the hospitality sector such as Hotels, Restaurants or venues• Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to positively represent De Vere• Have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle as this role will involve travel within the UK• Great planning and organisation skills; looking ahead and influencing budget and properties 3 and 5 year plans by setting demanding but realistic targets and methods of achieving them.• An understanding of the technical and professional aspects of your work and the drive to continually maintain technical knowledge is also essential.The Pay & Benefits:At De Vere we pay attention to the thoughtful details that inspire the loyalty of our permanent colleagues.
