A privately owned, reliable distributor of steel products across the UK and international markets are currently looking to recruit for a Business Development Executive. You will play a pivotal role in the organisation, working in a dynamic team and contributing to their continuous growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and nurturing our client base, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and effectively managing client accounts from initial enquiry to post-sale support.Roles & Responsibilities:Expand and maintain the client database, ensuring consistent growth.Provide high quality customer experiences, meeting, and exceeding client expectations.Take full ownership of client accounts and orders, guiding them through the entire process from initial enquiry to aftercare services.Visit clients as necessary to establish and maintain strong working relationships.Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the client portfolio.Provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to line managers to aid decision-making and strategy development.
