As a Business Development Executive, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive telephone-based business development. You will build, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with clients, offering consultative finance
solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, you will expand and update the client database to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and gain a comprehensive understanding of the market sector to enhance client interactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales with a track record of making a large volume of outbound calls per day, demonstrated ability in Business Development and B2B sales, strong networking, negotiation, and influencing skills, proven success
in building and maintaining client relationships, and be target-driven, results-oriented, and a team player. This role offers a competitive salary package of £23,000 - £25,000pa + commission, as well as opportunities for professional growth and rapid career progression.
