What Awaits You?

Business Development:


  • Navigate market trends and movements to stay ahead of the curve
  • Grow and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities within strategic customer and product segments
  • Develop and own ambitious goals, budgets, and KPIs for your region
  • Create and execute strategies and action plans to achieve targets

Customer Relations:


  • Foster long-term cooperation with customers
  • Plan and conduct customer visits, providing weekly visit reports
  • Ensure customers receive relevant quotations and pricelists
  • Collaborate internally with Sales Service, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Work closely with major customers to gather and review quarterly forecasts

CRM:


  • Maintain customer relations, details, segments, and market potential
  • Keep competitor information up-to-date, including pricing and market share

Marketing:


  • Identify and participate in key exhibitions and marketing initiatives, boosting sales and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with the External Sales Manager, Internal Sales Service, and Group Marketing
  • Drive market awareness in coordination with Internal Sales Service and Group Marketing
  • Coordinate invitations to customers via email and other channels
  • Plan exhibitions with support from Internal Sales Service, ensuring successful stand duties

Customer Days:


  • Organise customer days with support from the Internal Sales Service, fostering a strong social network

Sales Meetings:


  • Provide valuable input and present the status of your customers and sales activities during sales meetings
