This provider are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive for their office in Warrington. Working on a hybrid basis (2 days home working, 3 days office, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with employers nationally to present the clients L&D offering.�
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and potential clients through proactive outreach and from incoming enquiries.�
The provider offer a variety of office based apprenticeships, including Customer Service, Sales, Team Leading and Operational Management.�
Although a good understanding of the education sector (especially apprenticeships) is advantageous, it isn't essential. However, the desire to succeed and a winning attitude is!�
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Be passionate about people, business and sales.
- Research, acquire and manage new accounts.
- Have strong communication skills to open conversations with potential clients.
- Contact prospective clients through various stages of outreach; telephone, email, social media, virtual meetings.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Be confident to present solutions in virtual, 1-2-1 and group meetings.
- Work closely with the sales manager, business development manager and management team.
