Collaborating with our Preferred Partners to win new business & drive sales out. Main objective NEW BUSINESS AQUISTION (via cold calling) to win New Permanent Colour Customers via Salon & Independent Hairdressers. Implement effective onboarding education for Salons whilst developing training opportunities within wholesale branches, appropriate venues, Hairdressing salons and Virtual & Digital platforms. Work closely with cross functional colleagues in Marketing, Education & Sales to develop & execute the customer plans Ensure high quality retail merchandising of Indola in store. To complete and maintain effective reports.
To support Marketing initiatives, launches and promotional plans for all Indola (& Schwarzkopf Professional) Brands within the Wholesale sector. Building strong relationships with wholesaler store managers & other key personnel. E.g. Digital & Technical. Build a strong digital presence for the Indola brand (Instagram led) Achieve KPIs set across commercial & educational areas of the role. Technical training and development of Preferred Partner sales teams at commercial meetings.
