We’re immensely proud of this culture and we invest in our people’s wellbeing, learning, and ideas every day.We’re excited you’re thinking about joining us.The roleAs a Business Development Executive you will provide support to sales and marketing functions with all aspects of the sales cycle, client acquisition, events and management of the data governance within the CRM system. The role will also focus on measurement of Sales Team performance across all regions to help reach future goals.Typical activities and projects are likely to include:• Researching prospective clients / leads:o Review large repeat clients of S-RM and identify relevant former employees from those clients aspotential new targets;o Review former clients of S-RM and co-ordinate a systematic process through which we will get back intouch with those firms;o Research and develop key industry verticals for the various products offered by S-RM and draw upsubsequent target lists.• Supporting with the creation of client contracts and proposal paperwork;• Contribute to BD strategy discussions;• Work with marketing to co-ordinate events and media engagements;• Support the sales team with the use of CRM to ensure it is up to date and that it runs smoothly and accurately;• Monitor activity of Introducers and Advisors. Ensure the activity is updated in CRM and provide a monthly reportto key stakeholders on this his activity;• Analyse and report on KPI sales metrics, working with the sales team to provide data and statistics;• Support in the production of the key account reports.The role will be based in our London or Manchester office.
