Main Responsibilities
Business development through LinkedIn using resources such as Sales Navigator
Build strong networks with employers though networking and targeted sales
Maintaining the sales pipeline
Liaising with employers and account management
Achieving monthly sales targets
Generating new business leads through sales calls
Work closely with the recruitment team to find placements for candidates
Supporting applicants into apprenticeship placements
What will you bring to the role?

Experience with sales
Excellent communication skills
Organised and flexible, with a head full of ideas
A proven history of providing exceptional customer service
A full UK driving licence
