Compass Associates are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading children's care provider in their search for a Business Development Director covering c60 homes across the Midlands and North. Alongside the CEO you will be responsible for delivering on their 5 year growth strategy which includes developing a number of care services, schools and more bespoke care homes.�

As Business Development Director you will lead a team of 4 Business Development Managers with the goal of increasing referrals into the homes / services and managing new and existing relationships. �

��

Additionally, you will also be responsible for reviewing fees and negotiating contracts to maximise revenues.�

This opportunity is a hybrid role and will require travel to Head Office 3 times a week, with a visible presence across the homes and also offers 2 days working from home���
