Job Description:

365 People are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development & Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s new set up. This dual-role position is ideal for an individual who excels in building and maintaining client relationships while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

* Business Development:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.

* Develop and implement strategic plans to grow client base.

* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and meetings.

* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

* 60% prospect sales 40% client customer service

* 10 – 12 calls a day outgoing

* Medical and Food Hygiene products B2B

* Customer Service:

* Provide exceptional service to existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met promptly and effectively.

* Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, resolving them efficiently.

* Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure a seamless hiring process for clients.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.

* Gather and analyse client feedback to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer service.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team as you will be working alone whilst reporting to your manager

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

* A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
