Our expertise lies in Oracle Cloud ERP, HR & Payroll and we want someone that we can give on the job training in this area to help us with business development.
Profile Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join Fusion Practices. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and willingness to learn attitude. This role requires a versatile professional who is not only adept at data management but is also open to taking on responsibilities in cold calling and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Build professional working relations with existing clients and prospect customer
Nurture the customer pipeline to improve trust and relationship
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret data for informed decision-making.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant data.
Perform administrative tasks as needed and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to communicate the value proposition effectively.
Engage in proactive cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
Understand clients' business goals and challenges to align the company's products/services accordingly.
Communicate product updates, changes, and relevant information to clients in a clear and timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
