Business Development Coordinator

Searching for a motivated and driven individual to join a reputable firm based in North West London. This is a flexible working role.

The ideal candidate will be working independently, responsible for the client growth within the business and highly driven with a positive attitude and fantastic communication skills with a wide range of audience.

Duties / Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the Business Development Manager with new business sales.
• Targeting Subcontractors
• Assisting with preparing and submitting tenders/bids.
• Generate, identify and qualify leads using LinkedIn and other portals.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Building Client relations.
• Keeping up to date with and analysing market trends.
• Prepare and present reports on the overall business development performance.
• Promoting the business.

Skills and Experience:

**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE**

• Worked in Sales previously.
• Committed
• Advanced Administrative Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Precise with good attention to detail
• Quick learner with a can do attitude
• Positive & Outgoing
• Highly motivated and organised
• Self-motivated

HOURS:

• Hours - 8 Hours
• �15 - �20 P/H Depending on Experience
• Flexible Working/Hybrid
