As my right hand in business growth, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our success.Key Responsibilities:- Forge strong, ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences with our company are positive.- Guarantee precise and comprehensive data across our platforms to support informed decision-making and efficient operations.- Streamline the onboarding process of our subcontractors, making sure integration is swift and effective.Ideal Skills:- Proven background in client relationship management, particularly within Technology, Real Estate/Property Management, and Service-oriented industries.- A knack for detail-oriented tasks that require a high level of accuracy.- Experience in handling data systems and ensuring data integrity.- Competence in managing subcontractor relations and onboarding.Addressing clients’ needs by providing solutions through the product or service.- Ensure timely transfer of information to the operations teams.- Develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships across the organizationand work as part of cross-functional teams as required.- Ensuring that subcontractors are onboarded on time.- Setting goals, developing plans, and overseeing the strategies for business andrevenue growth- Aid with the creation of marketing and sales material to be used across variousplatforms to promote business.Experience:- Prior role in a multifaceted business development position.- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments across various sectors.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Addressing clients’ needs by providing solutions through the product or service.- Candidate should have a Master's degree/ equivalent experience in Operations management, sales, business development, and administration.I'm eager to collaborate with a professional who’s as passionate about growth and relationships as I am!
