Business Development Associate
Due to our ambitious growth plans we are recruiting a Business Development Associate to join our team. We are offering full training and support for a motivated and target-driven candidate looking to kick start their career in sales. Working across our market-leading products you will be responsible for converting qualified leads to closed deals via telephone and email campaigns, and for the right candidate, we are offering excellent fast track opportunities to progress within our business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, fast-growing company with clear progression plans and a generous commission scheme.
Key Responsibilities
Rew new existing accounts whilst also generating new business across a number of our established Performance Data products
Effective pipeline management and use of CRM systems
Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Develop in-depth market and sector knowledge of clients and competitors.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Genuine enthusiasm to develop a career in sales
Clear communication skills, in particular a highly professional telephone manner
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
Excellent time management and prioritization
Ability to work to targets and showcase resilience in challenging situations
