Their blended learning model offers classroom based/cohort delivery, face to face individual teaching, coaching and mentoring, assignments and webinars, etc.
They are currently deliver high-quality apprenticeships in a diverse range of employers.� These include levy paying organisations such as the NHS, through to smaller employers in equine and animal care environments.
They are looking for a high performing, qualified and experienced individual to join the team.� Interest and experience in the equine industry is desirable. Experience of delivery of Apprenticeship Standards is essential and the right individual will be able to deliver a wide portfolio of programmes including:
As a Trainer/Coach, you will manage a caseload of approximately 40 learners through every stage of their apprenticeship journey:
You will work closely with employers and internal Quality and Curriculum teams�to develop high quality/bespoke Training Plans and delivery models.
