Due to continued growth within our clients business sector we are looking to strengthen their delivery team with the appointment of a new team member based in the Bristol area.�

Our client are planning ambitious growth in its delivery of a range of business and coaching apprenticeships, and are seeking talented individuals to make this happen!

Their blended learning model offers classroom based/cohort delivery, face to face individual teaching, coaching and mentoring, assignments and webinars, etc.

They are currently deliver high-quality apprenticeships in a diverse range of employers.� These include levy paying organisations such as the NHS, through to smaller employers in equine and animal care environments.

They are looking for a high performing, qualified and experienced individual to join the team.� Interest and experience in the equine industry is desirable. Experience of delivery of Apprenticeship Standards is essential and the right individual will be able to deliver a wide portfolio of programmes including:

• Level 3 Management


• Level 3 Business Administration


• Level 3 Customer Service


• Level 3 Learning Mentor


• L3 Team Leader


• L4 Learning Mentor


• L2 Customer Service

As a Trainer/Coach, you will manage a caseload of approximately 40 learners through every stage of their apprenticeship journey:

• Enrolment/Induction


• Teaching, Learning and Assessment


• Coaching/mentoring


• Delivery of Functional English, maths and Digital Skills


• Supporting the wider curriculum (PREVENT, British Values, Safeguarding etc.)


• Completing interim and mock EPA assessments.

You will work closely with employers and internal Quality and Curriculum teams�to develop high quality/bespoke Training Plans and delivery models.
