To reduce our overall business carbon footprint moving forward, we are working with Play it Green’s Net Zero Framework, Green Energy giving us access to a network of sustainability experts.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for group-wide co-ordination to integrate a smooth transition through the transformation and integration programmeYou will understand and communicate clear project objectives and lead throughout the full project life cycleYou will define and implement structured programme governance including programme artefacts.You will lead with confidence and conviction, and communicate in a clear, accurate and considerate mannerYou will be responsible for attending and or leading stakeholder meetings to articulate project updates and potential concernsYou will lead business readiness and change management activities including impact assessment, readiness assessments and go/no-goAttributesExperience leading multiple projects in a professional service environmentContingency planning experience and confidence in managing the full project lifecycleYou will be experienced in stakeholder managementYou will need to be naturally tenacious and diligent, with the confidence to deliver clear and accurate communication at all levels, with a measured approachYou will require a compassionate and understanding communication style and deliver quality results in line with Dains core valuesOur Commitment to you
