Business Change Manager

Ardeta Search is partnering with an excellent consultancy that has offices based in London to recruit a Business Change Manager on a permanent basis. This role is remote but you must live within a commutable distance in the UK to London.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage change initiatives for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and strategic vision.
Develop and execute tailored change management strategies and plans to facilitate the adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide expert guidance and support to client teams at all levels, enhancing their readiness and capability to embrace change.
Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
Consulting Background or strong experience of working as a Business Change Manager for large transformation programmes.
Change management certification or a Degree in a relevant field.
This is an excellent role to work with a brilliant team of consultants, the salary is paying circa £60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits.
