Job DescriptionRole: Business Change Manager (ERP implementation)Contract: 12 months initialDay rate: £475 - £525 per day (outside IR35)Location: Staffordshire based but with travel across the UKWe are currently recruiting for a Business Change Manager to work on a large programme of work for a well established, national organisation, who need an experienced Business Change Manager to work on the implementation of a new ERP Solution, which is being rolled out across the organisation. This is a large scale role, made up of several business entities, with a widespread and diverse workforce.Skills and experience required:Excellent Business Change experienceExperience of ERP implementation projectsAny industry experience across Facilities, Manufacturing or Engineering would be highly desirableAn excellent communicator who can influence the adoption of changeBe able to build relationships across the organisationPrevious large scale Business Change experienceThe successful candidate must be willing to travel across the UK, which will be expensed for any travel away from your base location (Staffordshire). You will need to be onsite and building relationships to influence and drive the change successfully.The client are looking to conduct a 2 stage interview process (both face to face) with interviews being conducted from week commencing 8th April.
