Business Change are a key part of how we modernise the organisation to better help us meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators. Where you fit in -As Business Change Lead you will be working closely with Business Change Managers and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of business change to ensure our people, policies, processes, work flow and technology requirements deliver against customer expectations and strategic objectives. This encompasses delivering large scale change initiatives, covering operating model changes, colleague engagement and technology transformation. You will ensure we guide and support the business through change, so it lands successfully and sustainably to improve the customer and colleague experience, support performance commitments, and drive efficiency through customer focussed operational effectiveness. As a Business Change Lead you will:
Work with key stakeholders in Modernisation and the business to complete detailed business impact assessments, and support Senior Business Change Managers and Programme Managers in the development of business change plans, acting as a bridge between programme management, business operations and IT.
Lead impact assessment, change planning and business readiness activity for programme / project deliveries into your assigned business areas.
Lead small change / improvement projects to improve ways of working for customers, colleagues and the business and help improve overall change maturity in the organisation.
Own and deliver communications and engagement strategies and plans to ensure change stories are engaging and effective.
Maintain excellent working relationships with your key stakeholders and ensure you are knowledgeable in the areas of focus assigned to you.
Manage stakeholders and communications at all levels.
Work with IT to implement system changes / new systems to support required changes.What skills and qualifications you will need:
Significant experience of managing transformational change in large organisations
Previous experience of working in complex environments where you have successfully implemented business change, particularly with regards delivering and embedding change that influences and drives the right culture and behaviours.
Proven analytical, problem solving and process management skills
Experienced in change management practices.
Strong leadership skills able to lead both direct and matrix teams across the business.
Good commercial acumen, able to develop and manage complex business cases.
Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels across the business, including senior leaders and directors.
Able to influence at all levels within the business to ensure a win-win outcome.
Ability to absorb technical information and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work in a team and under own initiative.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Good IT skills including the use of MS office products.
Demonstrates a strong customer experience ethos.We embrace a flexible working model, where our hybrid setup typically requires an average of 3 days in the office per week.
