Job DescriptionBusiness Change Analyst | £75k-£85k | Hybrid/ London | FintechAbout the businessG.Digital have exclusively partnered with a Leading UK Consultancy to deliver a major project for a Financial institution at the start of their digital transformation.This is an exciting time as the company are looking to build out a brand new tech function within an Financial institution.About the role Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with Service Design and Agile methodologies.Utilize tools and processes to ensure successful adoption of necessary changes.Facilitate employee acceptance and utilization of changes while mitigating stakeholder resistance.Collaborate with senior leaders and project managers to integrate change activities.Lead communication efforts, assess impacts, and drive end-user buy-in for organizational changes across processes, systems, and structures.Key information Base salary of up to £85,000 DOEHybrid working- 1-2 days a week in the LondonDiscretionary bonus What skills do you need?Experience in Financial Services SC Cleared/SC Clearable Service Design Experience Business Change Analyst | £75k-£85k | Hybrid/ London | Fintech
