Business Central Developer Opportunity

JOB TITLE:Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead DeveloperRESPONSIBLE TO: Head of TechnicalDIVISION: TechnicalSALARY:£40K -60K dependent on experience LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK: The company has a policy of allowing its employees to work from home. UK travel will be required at the request of the customer for training, system go lives or periodically scheduled Company meetings.You will normally work between 37 and 40 hours a week, 9:00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays. Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines, which could include evenings and weekends. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO:A Microsoft Dynamics Reseller specialising in delivering vertical solution based on Microsoft Dynamics technology and associated 3rd party products into the Caravan and Holiday home market sector. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:We are looking for a Microsoft software developer who will be responsible for: Develop Solutions for Dynamics Business Central in C/AL and AL Develop on the Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, PowerApps and PowerBI Integration development via API’s Design and develop bespoke solutions for customers and vertical products Technical Upgrades Work with Technical and Operations teams in the delivery of projects to support the business and its customers Ensure best practice and processes are followed using approved processes, protecting our client’s investment in the Elite Dynamics suite of products. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Minimum 5 years’ experience in developing Business Central (C/AL) Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing Business Central Extensions (AL) Good understanding of data customisation API Integration and development Hands on developer Self-motivated Able to work as part of a team or independently Good data and system analysis skills DESIRABLE SKILLS: Skills in JavaScript, .NET, SQL Usage of the Power Platform inc. PowerApps, PowerBI, Dynamics 365 (Microsoft Technology Stack) Use of CI/CD Good overall knowledge of data technology and trends PERSONAL SKILLS: Problem solver A professional attitude. Excellent written and oral communication skills. An ability to be self-motivated and driven to achieve professional goals. The ability to work on your own initiative without supervision whilst contributing and participating to the team. Ability to manage workload and time according to SLA’s Good attention to detail and investigation skills Resourceful, energetic, and enthusiastic, prepared to go the “extra mile”.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO THE JOB:To undertake any reasonable task requested of you by your line manager, or other Elite Dynamics Management. Any tasks requested by other Elite Dynamics Management need to be discussed with your line manager.Travelling maybe required both for training and project purposes.
