Our client, Demesne, is
Ireland’s leading independent distributor, importer, and supplier of industrial
electrical components. The company is part of a larger international group –
OEM - which operates in over 15 countries throughout Europe.
Demesne has become a market-leading supplier in the Irish
market, selling its products through in-person sales, online sales and by
providing exceptional customer service. With sites in both the Republic of
Ireland and Northern Ireland, Demesne has experienced substantial growth in
recent years and continues to work closely with leading wholesalers and
independent electrical panel builders.
We are seeking to appoint two talented Business
Area Managers – one for the wholesale segment and one for electrical panel
sales.
The successful candidates will
drive sales growth by providing leadership and performance coaching to the
sales teams while contributing more strategically to support the company’s
ambitious growth agenda.
Each role requires a strong track record of sales growth in a
territory management / key account management role coupled with the ability to
lead and inspire in-market sales teams. You will ensure a clear focus on
delivering a comprehensive support service to existing and new customers.
Experience in electrical sales or the sale of
technical products would be a distinct advantage.
