La Fosse have partnered with a leading insurer to recruit a Business Architect. This individual will work on some very complex programmes of work, helping to shape multiple transformation activities, and work proactively with senior executives and heads of business lines to identify value propositions in line with their strategy.
This person will join a core business architecture team of 4-5 people, in a very much business-facing role, working closely with the wider architecture team and the business itself.
Key Skills Required:
A number of years operating in a Business Architecture capacity, ideally within an insurance or a financial services background (a knowledge of claims or underwriting is highly beneficial)
Core Business Architecture skills - Target Operating Model (TOM) design, Capability Mapping, Value Chain Analysis or Value Creation.
Experience in having defined architectural artefacts, models, roadmaps and strategies.
Proven track record in having applied business architecture best practice.
This is a permanent role, and the company offers hybrid working (3 days per week in the London office)
