I am looking to recruit a Business Application Support Analyst - Pegasus for my client who provide ERP services and solutions to SME’s across UK. You will join an established Client Support Team and bring previous experience with the Pegasus opera and payroll as well as passion for excellent service and support.
Salary £40K plus benefits which include 30 days annual leave and employer pension contribution.
You will be responsible for providing application/technical support top our clients through our helpdesk, telephone and also email. As a point of contact for all client and enquires, you will be expected to investigate and resolve client issues. Where necessary, escalate support incidents to other members of the team.
Along with a clear talent for problem solving, you will be a fast learner who can quickly diagnose and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role presents a significant opportunity for an experienced ERP support professional to work in close collaboration with an experienced team, supporting range of clients across the UK.
Experience
Previous experience in internal or external facing support team, work with Pegasus Opera and payroll with confidence of all areas of the system.
Confident in providing data fixes, where needed
Hands on experience ticket management systems
Previous experience of working as a part of a team
Able to demonstrate a high-level of technical knowledge
