We are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst to join a global Transformation project, to imbed and harmonise data and technology implementation.
Responsibilities:
Analyse cross-commodity business data to support process improvement and development
Identify opportunities for future transformation, focusing on projects
Map current origin processes against global business process templates
Build relationships with origin teams to facilitate adoption of new technologies
Implement processes for data standardisation, quality, and coverage, with a focus on EU compliance
Prepare materials for various stakeholders
Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with First Mile projects
Propose recommendations and prioritisation methodologies within an agile project structure
Coordinate project rollout plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Track and report on activities assigned to the First Mile Product team
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business or Data Analyst in change/transformation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in the commodity industry or supply chain a plus
Proven numeracy, analytical, and report writing skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams globally
Strong interest in commodity markets
Strong attention to detail
Fluent English required, Spanish or French a plus
This role will require the ability to travel on a regular basis throughout the year, across multiple, global locations. When not travelling, the role will require the successful candidate to work in a London based office, on a hybrid model of 3 days a week (there is some flexibility around this).
