A London Market Broker is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team for a 6-month initial contract to assist in their newly formed Business Strategy and Change team in requirement gathering, process mapping and project delivery.
You will be working closely with business stakeholders to outline requirements, determine business needs and document current business processes. You will also work to identify opportunities for improvement and work to create and implement changes into these areas of business which can extend to testing, quality assurance and change management.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
The Lloyd’s / London market.
Being a Business Analyst within the insurance industry.
Business process modelling and improvement methodologies.
Defining, prioritising and implementing solutions.
An Outside IR35 contract within a Reputable Insurer working on business change projects.
