About the role
The role of a Business Analyst is to support our transformation team in the development, planning, delivery, and benefits realisation of complex change programmes, involving our whole organisation and contributing to the achievement of Certitudes transformation agenda.
By 2027, Certitude will have a more local approach to supporting people and their families; our colleagues will be able to collaborate more; and we will have high quality, efficient digital systems. This includes the replacement of our three core digital systems. We are particularly interested in business analyst candidates with this relevant experience.
Duties will include:
- Communicating with internal colleagues and external partners to understand the needs of departments and the organisation, and to understand and investigate feedback into the service and functions of the organisation
- Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, translate, and document people, processes, and system requirements
- Using a variety of research methods with users, colleagues, and stakeholders to understand demand, performances, problems, causes, impact and consequences
- Documenting and acting as the subject matter expert on business processes to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Using data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational changes to support continuous improvement
About you
To be a Business Analyst at Certitude, the following are essential:
- Experience of successfully questioning and advising within large complex organisations to deliver tangible outcomes
- A track record of successful engagement across complex cross-functional change projects and programmes to time and on budget
- Business Analysis qualification e.g., CBAP or CCBA or ability to demonstrate through experience
- Demonstrable record of driving through efficiency savings because of transformation, whilst maintaining strong quality outcomes
