Our teams of exceptional consultants and engineers provided innovative solutions which help our customers deliver quality software faster, more effectively and more frequently.Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a mid level Business Analyst to join our London based delivery team.The RoleThe ideal Business Analyst will have at least 5 years Business Change Analysis experience and your primary responsibility will be to understand organisation business change and transformation needs, assess the impact of those changes and document changes as requirements.Key Skills & Requirements4+ years' experience working in a business analysis focused roleA team player, able to quickly develop strong working relationships with all levels of stakeholdersA self-starter, able to work independently with limited direction whilst adding value from the offExperience of leading the business analysis effort on larger projects / programmes of workSolid background of analysis across a variety of business and technology projects, incorporating different processes, applications, data usage, system integrations, and infrastructureExperience across all stages of a project, from pre-initiation / discovery, through to implementationExperienced working on end-to-end AS-IS business and system process analysis and the corresponding defining of future state, TO-BE system solutions / process flowsExperienced in reviewing and examining business activities and systems interactions, in order to model associated data flows and processing requirementsExperienced in leading requirement definition and prioritisation workshopsExperienced in working with business and technical stakeholders to understand and define requirements, at a user story, functional design and non-functional specification levelExperienced in working with project stakeholders including product owners, developers, testers and project managers to deliver appropriate requirements and solutionsCompetent ability to deliver under pressure and respond to a changing environmentStrong people and communication skills both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate at various levels of detail to both business and technology stakeholdersExperienced in assessing, planning and managing the business change/impact of a project, working with impacted teams throughout the project lifecycleDesirable SkillsExperience of cyber security - i.e cyber essentials, compliance assessment, NISTExperienced working in a consultancy environmentExperience working in defence, legal/law, public sector or government environmentExperience of working on pure technology/infrastructure projectsKnowledge of UI/UX concepts, wire framing, prototyping and the definition of user/functional requirements is desirableAgile/Scrum experience - in addition to writing user stories & acceptance criteria, experience of Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement etc., is also desirable.Waterfall experience - a working understanding of the key sequential stages from both a Business Analyst and Project Management perspective.Working at Ten1025 days annual leave (1 extra day every year for the first 3 years)Pension - contributory matched by employer up to 5%Health plan covering medical, dental, optical and alternative therapy treatmentsSubsidised gym membershipsBike to work schemeSeason ticket loanExcellent training and development opportunitiesthat are tailored to youTeam socials and activities, sporting events, annual kick-off and Christmas partiesFlexible working
