Business Analyst

Harrington Starr are excited to partner with a leading global software vendor who are looking for a talented Business Analyst to come in and join their rapidly expanding Product team in London. The chosen candidate will gain exposure to all areas of the business working with prestigious buy and sell side names.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to grasp business needs and industry obstacles.
Evaluate business operations, formulate enhancements aligned with client requirements and long-term goals.
Maintain product documentation, training resources, and release notes.
Collaborate with sales team for product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concept demos.
Analyze system data and client input to pinpoint areas for product enhancement. Liaise with internal teams like developers, QA, and support for seamless solution delivery.
Skills Required
Minimum 5 years capital markets experience as a Business Analyst / Implementation / Delivery Consultant / Pre-Sales support.
Ideally experience working at a software vendor / Consultancy or buy side with good client-facing background.
Skilled at navigating complexity, gathering data, and drawing conclusions.
Effective communicator adept at building consensus, with confidence in interacting with clients across departments and seniority levels.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail, proficient in producing clear, concise documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel required.
