This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a leading, IT-focused commercial organisation working closely with varying teams across the business.
What you will be doing
Gathering & eliciting requirements.
Gathering information and processing data to identify areas where current (As-Is) business processes could be improved.
User stories & process-mapping.
Document future state (To-Be) business processes as required to support development of the business including new systems.
Documentation, governance and licensing
Engaging with external partners and suppliers involved in delivering change initiatives to ensure alignment of business processes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvements which support business growth.
