Our relationships with leading global broadcasters and digital platforms, plus our unsurpassed marketing support and customer services have been recognized across the industry - we consistently top the UK's annual Broadcast lndie Survey and have been twice awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise in International Trade.We are proud to work with the best programme makers in the world, including our own production studios based in the UK, Europe, USA and New Zealand.This is a cross-functional role working across all departments supporting digital transformation projects, system improvements, and monitoring core functionality. Reporting to the Product Manager, it is a brilliant opportunity to learn about all areas of the Media television distribution business and get involved in a variety of exciting transformation projects and work with market leading systems.ResponsibilitiesTriage requests from different business stakeholders for new feature requirements andmanage all system requirements in the product backlogManage and respond to system and process related queries, including triaging bug requestsSupport the implementation of new system and integration projects that help achieve our digital transformation goalsProduce reports working with state-of-the-art data analysis and modelling tools to help improve key business processesManage a variety of key business datasets, undertake data gap analysis, troubleshoot and merge data across multiple systems to ensure data integrityWork with departments to research how the business is currently operating and explore new solutions along with their risks, benefits and impactsCollaborate with system owners, vendors, external consultancies and senior stakeholders and provide updates of progress on different digital initiativesRun training and user engagement sessions to help internal and external stakeholders understand the benefits of new technology and digital strategiesCreate and maintain documents that outline new processes/technologies to help user adoption across our product landscapeSupport the Product Manager with the general administration of core systems and management of day-to-day tasks of on-going systems projectsKnowledge, skills and experienceEither via a degree and/or professional qualification:Experience with data and business analysisExperience of system data management and associated tasksExperience in providing business reportsHighly organised and exceptional eye for detailExcellent Excel skills, comfortable with managing large datasets and using lookup functions/PowerQueryFamiliarity with PowerBI or similar tools is a plusGood written communication, especially for writing specifications, guides and technical documentation.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all stakeholdersAbility to work independently, strong problem solving and resourcefulnessDesire to learn more about the Media industry and digital transformationWe welcome and encourage applications from candidates who are under-represented in the creative industries.Please make sure that you state in your application that you found this role via Creative Access.
