Business Analyst

Job DescriptionWe have an exciting, Contract Business Analyst opportunity to join the Front Office support team in a unique energy trading company. You will support front office traders/ risk managers and other business users with their tools and applications. Whilst driving tactical and strategic improvements across the functional areas related to the front and middle office aspects of the trade lifecycle. They are looking for someone with detailed knowledge of gas and power markets.The seasoned Business Analyst must have the following experience:Front office experience within; energy, power, commodities, or energy trading.Must be skilled at Excel; VBA would be an attractive bonus.Confident working in an Agile environment.This is a 6 month contract role, with scope to extend, paying up to £750 a day outside IR35 (depending on experience).
