Business Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to various operational streamlining projects. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive documentation, insightful reporting, and analysis, while actively engaging with key stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion.Key Responsibilities:Review and streamline all GBS SOP's across the AP, AR, and GL towers for our diverse markets, ensuring alignment with regional or global blueprints.Lead key operational streamlining projects, including the creation of necessary project documentation and proactive task management to achieve project goals.Deliver stakeholder updates through meetings or tailored documentation, ensuring clear communication channels.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT and Finance teams, to advance project progress effectively.Conduct testing as necessary to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.Maintain the Teams planner to monitor and track project progress efficiently.Required Skills and Experience:Delivery Focus:Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering projects within established timelines.Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively to meet project deadlines.Proficiency in maintaining project documentation and providing regular stakeholder updates.Operational Focus:Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload efficiently and consistently deliver high-quality results.Detail-oriented mindset with a conscientious approach to tasks.Business Focus:Self-management skills with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently.Ideally holds a part-qualification in accounting (AAT/CIMA/ACA/ACCA).Upholds professional integrity, even when under pressure, and knows when to escalate issues.People Focus:Contributes to fostering a positive, inclusive, and rewarding work environment.Sets a positive example by demonstrating high levels of personal integrity and ethical behavior.Revenue/Finance Focus:Operates with a strong sense of financial control and fosters a culture of ownership and accountability.Actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance service delivery.We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including those from underrepresented groups, as we believe diversity fosters innovation and creativity.
