-Paying up to £35k for the right person- Salary/Rate £35000/annumDescription Our prestigious client has a diverse portfolio of clients froma wide range of industry sectors and this portfolio is constantly growingthus the need to recruit an additional Business Analyst to join the team.Detailed duties and responsibilities:• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of aproject.• Liaising with business managers and end users to understand anddocument business processes, workflows and requirements.• Facilitate business managers and end users undertaking BPI/BPR activities • Appraisingthe impact of suggested changes on affected business areas.• Ability to translate business requirements into something that can be understood at alllevels of a project from end users to software developers.• Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs • Planning andmanaging the implementation of small scale project.• Planning and managing the implementation of agile application developments • Ensuring businesssolutions are aligned with the IS Business Strategy.• Undertake the production of business cases and feasibility studies • Providing weeklyreports to the Business Analysis Tea.• Leader showing progress against outstanding milestones.• Develop and maintain knowledge on best of breed business analysisstandards, tools, methods and techniques.Technical skills:Skills, knowledge and experience:• Excellent communication skills• Knowledge of the legal sector• Experience with a case management system • Experience of an agile softwaredevelopment methodology • BCS Diploma in Business Analysis desirable
