You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional specifications for software development.This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our cutting-edge software solutions and drive positive outcomes for our clients.What will the role involve?Supporting the Product Lead and Solution Architect in the completion of deliverablesProviding onsite support to clients during requirement gathering, training and testing phases as requiredLiaising with Team Leaders, Solution Architect, Product Lead and Project Managers for the monitoring, and completion of deliverables and task allocationTaking on key roles within project for Requirements Gathering / Testing phasesActing as a deputy for the Product Lead and Solution Architect to assist with deliverablesLeading workshops to gather and document requirementsParticipating in handovers to Production Support Teams, assume responsibility as requiredDocumenting changes within user storiesWorking with cross functional teams in agreeing appropriate solutionsQualificationsWhat are we looking for?2-3 years of experience working within banking/financial sectorExperience of a Software Delivery Life CycleEducated to a degree levelExperience of Business Analysis processes and methodologiesAdaptable to working with client’s preferred requirement management tools and methodologiesAn innovative and pragmatic individualA team playerA logical mindsetThe ability to take the leadThe ability to explain complex information in simple termsAdditional InformationSopra Banking Software are a certified 'Great Place to Work'!By joining the Sopra Banking Software team you will enjoy a market competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 and our excellent rewards and benefits schemes including a 6% pension contribution, employee share scheme (buy one get one free), an option to buy or sell holiday days, medical insurance, critical illness cover, a health cash plan, and we offer flexible working arrangements to all employees, plus many more excellent benefits.Sopra Banking Software are proud to be an inclusive employer.
