Job DescriptionBusiness AnalystAbout The RoleExciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in The UK on a permanent basis.As a Business Analyst within our IT Services team, in conjunction with the Project Manager and the Functional Consultant, you'll take ownership for the implementation and delivery of the Dynamics 365 F&O project to our overseas regions.You'll conduct workshops to define any departures from global requirements and implement them working closely with internal customers to achieve the best outcome to agreed timelines and objectives.About YouOutstanding customer/stakeholder communication and engagement skills.Excellent collaboration skills with global teams.Possesses a problem solving and prioritization mindset to meet stakeholder expectations.Ability to manage interdependent project streams concurrently.Occasional travel may be required.Demonstrated experience in delivering large scale infrastructure-based projects.Ability to manage interdependent project streams concurrently.Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.Must be available off-hours for collaboration with Global IT Team and key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst on ERP projects/programs.Demonstrated track record in delivering BA services to a range of IT and business projects, globally.Experience with both Waterfall & Agile methodologies.High degree of business acumen, understanding business processes and outcomes.Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.Experience in process and systems mapping tools.Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skillsDemonstrated experience in developing BA artefacts.Accountable for maintaining relevant system data to required standards, including data validity and master data.Benefits and PerksJoin us for a rewarding career with competitive compensation, leave entitlements, health coverage, and financial security.
