We are experiencing rapid growth so are looking for new talent in several areas of our business.Your role:As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand their business needs, analyse their current processes, and design and help implement solutions that align with their strategic goals. You will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and validating the requirements of the projects and services that we deliver. You will also act as a liaison between the clients, the technical teams, and the stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. You will use your analytical skills, business acumen, and knowledge of the legal sector and its technologies to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed the expectations of our clients.Responsibilities:Conducting requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings with the clients to gather and analyse their business needs and challenges;Developing clear and concise documentation of the business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications;Reviewing and validating the requirements with the clients and the stakeholders, and managing any changes or issues that arise;Working with the technical teams to translate the requirements into technical specifications and test cases;Supporting the testing, deployment, and training activities of the projects and services;Providing ongoing support and feedback to the clients and the internal teams throughout the project lifecycle;Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in the legal sector and its technologies.Is this you?Rather than a definite Harbor 'type', we're looking for someone who is a winning blend of all the talents. We're looking for a good mix of aptitude and attitude, which means problem-solving skills and a logical approach to challenges together with determination and an eagerness to learn.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:At least three years of experience in business analysis, project management, or consulting in the legal sector or a similar industry;Proficient in using various business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, process mapping, data modelling, and business case development;Familiar with the main legal technologies and applications, such as Elite, Intapp, NetDocs, and iManage;Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to different audiences and stakeholders;Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate various options and solutions;Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities;A keen interest in the legal sector and its trends and developments, and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.What we offer:We offer career opportunities and attractive packages (competitive salaries, benefits, incentives, and a profit share scheme.
