Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:Department: SalesReports To: Region Business Analyst ManagerFLSA Status: Full Time/ ExemptPurposeThe primary responsibility of this position is to support sales by providing both pre and post sales analysis. Pre-sales support involves conducting business technology assessments (BTA's) and workflow analysis at potential and existing customer sites. This is a team selling position that will have you working with all sales reps at your respective marketplace. Post-sales support involves helping the sales representatives with BTA findings, Recommendations, deliverables, proposal, and presentations.ResponsibilitiesDaily sales and office supportMeeting with decision makers/managers and employees of potential and existing customersCompiling all data needed for analysisCreating spreadsheets, drawings and cost analysisPrinting and binding presentationsDuties include, but are not limited to:Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for Technologies, Site Services such as Copy Center, Fleet, Mailroom, and Logistic ServicesCollect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation effortsBecome a subject matter expert in our technologies and tool sets i.e., Predictive InsightsFacilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use casesReview information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levelsConduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concernsIdentify issues and risksBring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of sales and or managementTrack major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areasPrepare incident details for root cause analysis and incident reviewsExtract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for reviewMaintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all policies and processesJob Related Dimensions Proficiency in all MS Office productsProficiency in VisioDocumenting/Authoring Business Process DocumentationQualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.5 years industry experience preferred.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Must be a self-motivated individual with a high level of professionalism.Must have an acceptable driving record and reliable form of transportation.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentAbility to sit at desk, stand/walk at customer sites for prolonged periods at times.Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications. Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms.Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel to client sites.Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion.UBEO offers a competitive compensation package.
