About Our Client The organisation is an established entity in the industrial/manufacturing industry, boasting a workforce of over 1000 employees. Their operations are spread across multiple continents, but this role is specifically based in their Birmingham office.
Job DescriptionIdentifying and defining business requirements for technology improvements within the industrial/manufacturing sector.Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance business operations in the Birmingham location.Conducting regular reviews and audits of existing systems and software.Creating detailed business analysis reports and presenting them to senior management.Working closely with IT and business teams to design new system specifications.Managing project deadlines and deliverables.Training and supporting end-users on new systems and procedures.Ensuring the company remains compliant with data protection regulations. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Business Analyst' should have: Proven experience in business analysis or a related field.Good knowledge of ERP systemsA good understanding of Layer 3 networkingBasic understanding of Siemens PLC LogicExcellent problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
